Documents required for immigration to Canada - Express Entry Program 



 We always ask what documents are required to immigrate to Canada, so I will explain that to you. It depends on language, qualifications, optionally the provincial nominee certificate and  job offers from Canada.


Before starting with the details of the documents required for immigration to Canada, please make sure that you meet the conditions of immigration to Canada.


Candidates need to obtain 67 points at least to be eligible to immigrate to Canada and create an Express Entry file.

The documents required for immigration to Canada: 


1.  Passport: Your passport must be valid more than 6 months from the date of establishing application.

2.  English, French language proof:

It requires you to pass English or French exams, or both together (optional).

 For English language tests, you can choose one of the following tests:

 - IELTS General exam:

The lowest score required is 6 in each skill, but it is preferred to obtain a score of 8777 (8 in listening skill) to get the highest points in the draw and to increase your chances of draw . 

- CELPIP General Exam:

 The lowest required score is 7 in each skill, but it is preferred to obtain a score of 9999 to obtain the highest points in the draw and to increase your chances of  draw. 


- TEF: Test d '  évaluation de francais:

The lowest score required is 7 NCLC

3. Evaluation for certificates from one of Canadian organizations such as WES, All certificates which were obtained outside Canada require an evaluation to know what is equivalent to the Canadian certification system.


An assessment of the certificate helps you in the immigration and getting a job, but it does not guarantee you getting a job, as there are specializations such as medicine, pharmacy, and architecture that require a license to practice the profession before looking for jobs in Canada, but the license of practicing the profession is the step that comes after landing in Canada.

6. A police certificate, a statement that you don’t have a criminal record.

Also, one of important documents required for immigration to Canada is, obtaining a police certificate for all family members over the age of 18.  It requires a certificate for every individual from every country that has lived in it for six months or more in the last ten years.



7. A medical examination certificate they require a medical examination for all family members even if they are not accompanying the immigrant.


8. proof of funds : they require you to have an account statement for the last six months, with an amount depending on the number of individuals in the family who are going to migrate.
