Sports in life
Sport is a physical effort that we do at
regular times daily on weekdays. It is one of the ways to prevent many diseases
of the human body.
Sports also increase the amount of oxygen in the
blood and reduce the high blood pressure, also sports stimulate blood circulation and the mind, and increase the intelligence of
the athlete person. In addition, exercise increases the activity and strength
of the heart and immunity in general, also it has a special effect on the skin
as they prevent aging signs on the appearance of athletes, besides it increases
hormones in the body.
It is preferable that people play sports with friends and favorite people,
as this increases the pleasure of the athlete, and also, play sports outside,
where the fresh and pure air, and fun help in the elimination of anxiety and tension, and help to calm the self.
Sport does not have a specific time, but it is
preferable doing it in the early morning in order to stimulate the circulation
of blood, and therefore get real and concrete activity since the beginning of
the day. We must do it three to five times a week to get a slim body, tight
muscles and a healthy body Free from obesity.
